Sue is a dedicated and passionate instructor with over 20 years of teaching experience as a qualified dance teacher. Her journey into Pilates began after facing a series of dance-related injuries. Encouraged by physiotherapists to explore Pilates as a way to heal and prevent future injuries, Sue discovered its transformative benefits and developed a deep connection to the practise.
Known for her ability to break down complex movements into clear, accessible steps, Sue brings her expertise and approachable teaching style to every session. Her love for teaching and creating meaningful connections inspired her to open Cloudberry Active—a space she felt the island needed.
Cloudberry Active is a welcoming sanctuary for people of all ages and body types. Sue's vision was to create a calm and inclusive environment where individuals can come together, support one another, and work toward their personal wellness goals as part of a team.
